Purposes: Operation and security of the website, communication, processing of business enquiries and contract execution.
Legal bases: Article 6 paragraph 1 letters a, b and f GDPR, as applicable.
Recipients: No disclosure without a legal basis, contractual necessity or consent.
International transfers: No transfer through analytics, advertising, externally embedded maps or video services used on this website.
Storage: According to purpose and applicable statutory retention requirements.
Use and disclosure of personal data
Insofar as you provide us with personal data, we use it for the technical administration and security of the website, to answer your enquiries, to prepare or perform contractual measures and to fulfil your stated requirements.
Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties unless this is necessary for contract processing or billing, required by law, or you have previously consented.
Personal data will be deleted when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was stored and no statutory retention obligation or other legal basis requires continued storage.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores technical information in server log files transmitted by your browser. This may include browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name or IP address of the accessing device, and time of the server request.
This information is processed to provide the website securely, identify technical faults and investigate specific indications of unlawful use. It is not combined with unrelated data sources for advertising purposes.
Contact form and email enquiries
If you send us an enquiry using the contact form or by email, the information you provide is processed for the purpose of reviewing and responding to the enquiry and for necessary follow up questions.
The contact form requests a first name, last name, company name, business email address, selected topic and project message. A telephone number can be provided voluntarily. The form is intended exclusively for business enquiries.
Technical information required to prevent automated or abusive submissions may also be processed. No external Google CAPTCHA or comparable visual challenge is used.
The legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR where the enquiry concerns contractual or precontractual measures, and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR for other legitimate business communication and protection against misuse.
Spam protection with SilentShield
To protect the contact form against automated submissions and abuse, this website uses the SilentShield plugin. When a form is submitted, SilentShield processes the following technical information:
- Your IP address, exclusively in shortened and hashed form, to identify repeated or mass submissions.
- Timestamps for loading and submitting the form, browser and JavaScript signals, and a hidden verification field known as a honeypot.
This information is processed exclusively on the server used for this website or in the website database. It is not transmitted to third parties. The external SilentShield API is not enabled.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abusive automated access pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR. The information is retained only for as long as necessary for this purpose and is deleted when it is no longer required.
Cookies and external services
This website does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, external Google Fonts, Google reCAPTCHA, externally embedded YouTube videos or Google Maps.
Technically necessary cookies may be used where required for secure administration or essential website functions. These cookies are not used to create advertising profiles.
Simple external links establish a connection to the external provider only after you actively open the link. The terms and privacy information of the respective provider then apply.
SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect confidential content transmitted to us. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the address beginning with https and the lock symbol displayed by the browser.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to request information about personal data concerning you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may withdraw consent with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Requests concerning data protection can be sent to info@electrical-compliance-germany.com.
Objection to advertising emails
The use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation for sending advertising and information materials that have not been expressly requested is hereby rejected. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, including spam emails.
